• Description: This is the launch of our 2025 Haute Bosses Residency Program initiative. Our program will be a year-round experience with monthly cohort meetings (virtual/in-person), quarterly in-person experiences (hosted by Natalie), semi-annual micro-retreat (1 day), and annual weekend retreat). Attending the 2024 Kick-off Retreat means you are not only dedicated to this program to but to yourself for the entirety of 2025. We are going to intentionally and diligently work together to improve our businesses through community building, resource sharing, and focusing on our wellness.

  What if we shifted our mindset? Spent time taking care of ourselves from head to toe? Used our community to support our businesses? What if we decided to shut up and shift? Joining this retreat is the catalyst to how we are going to do business and community differently. This retreat has been specially curated to support our business growth, but from a disruptive untraditionally perspective.
